Who should I make the rent payments to? Tompkins Management Company.

 

When is my Rent Due? The 1st of each month.

 

What is the grace period? Rent is considered late if not received on the 5th day of each month.

 

What is the late fee? The late fee is $50.00 if the rent is not paid on the 5th Day and is subject to $5.00 additional rent each day after the 5th. In addition, in the event we have to post notice, you will have to pay an additional $45.00 for the posting fee.

 

Whom should I contact with a maintenance request? Maintenance request can be submitted online here or if it is a maintenance emergency and after hours you can contact us at (954)580-4020.

 

How much notice am I required to give if I don’t want to renew my lease? We require 60 Days’ Notice in writing mailed to our office!
